Beautiful valley views created a tranquil atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness was quite disturbing. I noticed stains on the toilet seat and the glasses provided in the room were not washed properly. Moreover, communication with the staff was often challenging due to language barriers, which made it difficult to address issues promptly.

Waking up to the jungle was truly breathtaking. The private pool in our Deluxe Double Room with Private Pool felt like a slice of paradise. Strolling through the resort grounds, the well-maintained gardens added to the tranquil atmosphere. The massage I experienced was incredible and provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring. While the food at the restaurant was tasty, the service was slow, which was a bit frustrating at times. The limited options available for the mini-bar were disappointing, especially as a diabetic with no sugar-free drinks available. Communication could have been better, as some food items were unavailable and I didn't find out until my order arrived. The humidity made the room moist, leading to concerns about mold developing on towels. Lastly, the distance from Ubud was quite challenging since transportation options were limited, and it added to stress when planning day trips. Nonetheless, the welcoming staff and breathtaking views made this stay memorable.

The breathtaking views from the Deluxe Double Room with Private Pool made my stay utterly memorable, offering a serene escape that felt like paradise.
However, I encountered issues with hygiene, specifically coffee-stained glasses and a less-than-spotless toilet, which were disheartening during my stay.

Waking up to stunning jungle views was a delight! The massages were heavenly, and leisurely strolls to nearby waterfalls were unforgettable.
Menu options felt a bit limited, lacking variety to enhance the otherwise serene dining experience.

Bring insect repellent for evening strolls as the natural surroundings can attract bugs. Also, explore the nearby rice terraces. they’re a scenic gem!
